Surani Steel IPO is all about to make its debut on 25 Jan 2019 with issue size of INR 12.92 cr
Surani Steel Tubes Limited, a company situated in Gujarat, was founded in 2012 and is in the business of producing Electric Resistance Welding Mild Steel (“ERW MS”) Pipes. Products from the company are used in a wide range of industries, including engineering, architecture, and infrastructure. For the most part, Surani sells its products through its dealer network. It had agreements/understandings with more than 300 dealers located throughout Gujarat as of March 31, 2018. Its income also comes from the sale of scraps.
The production and supply of ERW pipes are certified by Surani Steel under ISO 9001: 2015. The company’s manufacturing facility is situated in Gujarat’s Gandhinagar city of Dahegam. 25,000 MT per year are the installed capacities of the plant. To expand its product line, Surani is building a new manufacturing facility in Dahegam, Gandhinagar.
