On a consolidated basis, its total revenue was INR 7,304.6 crore for the fiscal year 2022 and INR 3,393.3 crore for the six months ended September 30, 2022. On a consolidated basis, the company’s profit attributable to owners was INR 188.8 crore for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2022, and INR 93.6 crore for the six months that concluded on September 30, 2022.

Objects of the Issue
